Infineon Technologies AG acquired Bangalore-based C2i Semiconductors for an undisclosed sum. This deal expands Infineon’s power management solutions for the artificial intelligence data center sector.
C2i specializes in software-defined multiphase controllers and smart power stages for advanced AI processors. The acquisition combines C2i’s digital power expertise with Infineon’s global semiconductor infrastructure.
Infineon will establish a new digital power center of excellence in India. The transaction is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2026.
