Incyte announced positive results from its pivotal Phase 3 frontMIND trial for tafasitamab. The study tested tafasitamab in combination with lenalidomide and R-CHOP chemotherapy (Tafa-Len-R-CHOP). Data presented at the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2026 Congress showed the combination significantly prolonged progression-free survival.

The combination therapy reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 25% compared to standard R-CHOP treatment. This trial focused on adults with previously untreated high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). These findings represent a potential new standard of care for a population with few treatment improvements in decades.

Incyte plans to move forward with global regulatory submissions based on this data.
