The collaboration will focus on deploying features like a 1Hz refresh rate and SmartPower HDR, which adjusts display voltages based on screen content to optimize power consumption. The goal of these new technologies is to intelligently balance image quality with energy efficiency, aiming to significantly extend the battery life of future laptops. Intel has stated that these AI-powered display features are expected to be incorporated into OEM products that use Intel platforms starting in 2026.
