Intel Corporation partnered with SAIMEMORY, a SoftBank subsidiary, to commercialize Z-Angle Memory (ZAM).

The collaboration will develop high-capacity, high-bandwidth memory for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. Commercialization is targeted for fiscal year 2029.

Intel also launched its new Xeon 600 series CPUs. These CPUs feature significant performance enhancements and AI capabilities. Availability is expected in March 2026.

The market reacted positively to these announcements. Reports also indicate Apple and Nvidia are exploring Intel's foundry services.

Intel stock rose approximately 5%. The stock closed at $48.81 on February 2, 2026.
