Jack in the Box joined Walmart and Taco Bell in a large-scale iceberg lettuce recall from supplier Taylor Farms. The voluntary recall began on July 17, 2026, due to potential Cyclospora parasite contamination. The affected lettuce originated from central Mexico.

The recall impacts restaurant locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Jack in the Box immediately removed the product and transitioned to a domestic supplier.

No illnesses have been reported to date. While the FDA identified one initial positive test as a false positive, the agency continues its investigation based on epidemiological data.
