JFB Construction Holdings (JFB) and XTEND expect to close their merger in the third quarter of 2026. The companies reported a combined commercial and defense pipeline exceeding $500 million.
XTEND has secured over $27 million in publicly announced defense orders since February 2026. These contracts include customers across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
The robotics firm advanced to the next phase of the $1 billion U.S. Drone Dominance Program. XTEND also recently supported the British Army during an autonomous strike exercise.
The combined entity will operate as XTEND AI Robotics. It will trade on the NYSE under the ticker XTND.
