Johnson & Johnson reported positive Phase 2b results for JNJ-4804, an investigational co-antibody therapy for ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD).

Data from the DUET-UC and DUET-CD studies showed JNJ-4804 achieved significantly higher clinical remission and endoscopic response rates at 48 weeks compared to active comparators. The therapy demonstrated meaningful improvements in a highly refractory patient subpopulation that previously failed existing treatments.

Johnson & Johnson confirmed plans to advance JNJ-4804 into Phase 3 clinical trials for both conditions following the data presentation at Digestive Disease Week 2026. Safety findings were reported to be generally consistent with the known profiles of the therapy's individual components.
