Johnson & Johnson reported positive topline results from the Phase 3 MonumenTAL-6 study for multiple myeloma. The trial evaluated a dual-antigen regimen combining approved drugs Tecvayli and Talvey. Results showed a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival.

The combination therapy reduced the risk of disease progression or death by 89% compared to the standard of care. The Independent Data Monitoring Committee recommended unblinding the study due to this strong efficacy data.

The safety profile of the combination remained consistent with the known profiles of each individual drug. These results strengthen Johnson & Johnson's position in the competitive multiple myeloma market.
