Johnson & Johnson and Nanobiotix announced positive Part 1 data from the Phase 2 CONVERGE study. The trial evaluated JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) for stage III inoperable non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Results were presented at the 2026 European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology Annual Meeting.
The study confirmed that intratumoral and intranodal injections of JNJ-1900 are safe and feasible. Seven patients completed the full treatment course.
The overall response rate for these participants was 85.7%. The complete response rate reached 57.1%. The disease control rate was 100%. These findings suggest potential for durable, long-term clinical benefits.
