Keo Aggregator, the largest shareholder of Keo Capital, has called for an extraordinary general meeting on August 20. The meeting aims to appoint three new board members: former Intrum CEO Andrés Rubio, Jay Heller, and Hernán Magariños.

The nominees bring specialized expertise in fintech, payments, capital markets, and corporate finance. These appointments support Keo Capital’s transition into a pure-play fintech company following the planned spin-off of its energy division.

The restructured board will guide the company's focus on B2B supply chain financing and corporate travel and expense management solutions.
