KKR & Co., Apollo Global Management, and IFM Investors reached the final bidding round for a majority stake in Associated British Ports (ABP).
The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Omers Administration Corp. are selling their combined 64% interest in the operator.
The potential transaction values the UK’s largest port operator at approximately £10 billion ($13.6 billion).
ABP operates 21 ports across England, Scotland, and Wales.
