Lucid Group announced it produced 5,500 vehicles and delivered 3,093 in the first quarter, missing analyst estimates. The company attributed the shortfall to a 29-day disruption in deliveries of its Gravity SUV, caused by a quality issue with a supplier of second-row seats.

Despite the setback, Lucid stated the supplier problem has been resolved. The electric vehicle maker reaffirmed its full-year 2026 production guidance of 25,000 to 27,000 vehicles, signaling confidence that it can make up for the early disruption. The company will release its full financial results for the quarter on May 5, 2026.
