Li Auto launched the Store Partner Program on February 27 to restructure its retail network. This initiative introduces a profit-sharing scheme for store managers to counter intensifying competition. The program grants select managers greater operational autonomy to share directly in store profits.

The strategy responds to eight consecutive months of declining sales. Li Auto reported its first quarterly loss in three years during the third quarter of 2025. January 2026 deliveries fell to their lowest level since March 2025. Monthly deliveries dropped 7.55% year-on-year.

The overhaul aims to transform the sales force into a core competitive strength. The company seeks to enhance per-store profitability before launching multiple new models in 2026.
