Micromobility company Lime, legally known as Neutron Holdings Inc., raised approximately $174 million in its U.S. initial public offering. The company and selling shareholders sold nearly 7 million shares. Each share priced at $25.00, representing the midpoint of the targeted range.
The offering gives Lime a market valuation of approximately $1.6 billion. Shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 1, 2026. The company will list under the ticker symbol LIME.
Major backer Uber indicated interest in purchasing up to $20 million worth of shares in the offering. Uber held a significant stake in the company prior to the IPO. Lime will use a portion of the proceeds to repay outstanding debt.
