Eli Lilly and Company will launch its Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program on July 1, 2026.

Eligible Medicare Part D patients will pay $50 per month for Zepbound (tirzepatide) or the daily oral pill Foundayo (orforglipron).

The program provides access through December 31, 2027.

This initiative marks the first broad Medicare Part D coverage for GLP-1 obesity treatments.

Lilly estimates approximately 20 million Medicare patients are clinically eligible for these medicines.
