Lightwave Logic demonstrates foundry integration, targeting commercial scaling by 2027

Luceda Photonics will highlight Lightwave Logic’s commercial foundry integration in a global webinar series. The event features a live demonstration with foundry partner SilTerra.

The session showcases a modulator design using SilTerra’s silicon photonics process design kit (PDK) and Lightwave’s custom components. This demonstration confirms the viability of the company’s split-manufacturing supply chain model.

Under this model, foundries process standard silicon wafers before Lightwave adds its proprietary polymer technology. Lightwave Logic schedules PDK validation for 2026. The company targets high-volume commercial scaling in 2027.
