Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A, MOG.B) reported record third-quarter results for fiscal year 2026. Sales increased 15% year-over-year to $1.12 billion. Adjusted earnings per share rose 60% to $3.72, significantly exceeding Wall Street estimates.
Growth spanned all business segments, including aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. The company’s 12-month backlog grew 23% to $3.3 billion. Financial results also benefited from a $30 million tariff refund and additional tax credits.
Moog raised its full-year 2026 guidance following the strong performance. The company now projects net sales of $4.4 billion, up from the previous $4.3 billion forecast. Adjusted EPS expectations increased to $11.65 from the prior estimate of $10.60.
