MedPal AI is launching oral Wegovy in the UK today, July 6, 2026. This marks the first oral GLP-1 weight-loss treatment available in the country. The company will capture demand through its private clinic via a direct supply relationship with manufacturer Novo Nordisk.
MedPal AI recently raised £5.0 million through a share placing to fund the initiative. The company allocated up to £3.0 million of these proceeds to build inventory and accelerate patient acquisition. Each active private patient is projected to generate approximately £2,400 in recurring annual revenue.
