The partnership utilizes GF's advanced 300mm fabrication plant in Singapore. This expands manufacturing capacity for MPS's proprietary process technology.
Volume production begins in early 2027. The collaboration targets high-growth sectors. These include data centers, artificial intelligence, automotive, and industrial automation.
