Morgan Stanley announced plans to establish a major U.S. operational hub in Dallas. The project is expected to create over 3,800 jobs.

The project includes a capital investment of $684 million. Its total direct and indirect impact is estimated at $1.3 billion.

The campus will be located in Dallas’s Uptown neighborhood, an area nicknamed “Y’all Street” as it grows into a financial center.

Texas offered nearly $44 million in grant funding through its Enterprise Fund to secure the investment. The City of Dallas approved an incentive package of up to $18.5 million.
