Microvision Inc. shareholders approved all company proposals during the annual meeting held on July 10, 2026.
The Board of Directors received discretionary authority to execute a reverse stock split. This measure aims to restore compliance with Nasdaqβs minimum bid price requirement.
Shareholders also authorized the issuance of shares related to existing convertible notes. This allows Microvision to repay debt with equity rather than cash.
CEO Glen De Vos stated these approvals provide the financial flexibility needed to execute the company's strategic plan. De Vos expects to provide a detailed business update during the next earnings call.
