Nokia has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Enterprise Campus Edge (ECE) business to asset management firm AURELIUS for an undisclosed amount. The sale supports Nokia’s strategy to streamline its portfolio and focus capital on areas where it can create more long-term value. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.

The ECE business provides private wireless and industrial edge solutions to nearly 900 customers in manufacturing, mining, logistics and other industries. Under AURELIUS ownership, it is expected to operate with greater independence.

Nokia and AURELIUS are working to ensure a smooth transition for customers and employees. Employees are expected to transfer with the business.
