Naspers expects a significant profitability increase for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Core headline earnings per share from continuing operations will rise between 20.8% and 27.8%. The company will release its full results on June 29.

Prosus, the group's international internet assets subsidiary, issued a similar positive outlook. Growth stems from strong performance in Tencent and consolidated e-commerce businesses.

All e-commerce ecosystems reached profitability during this period. These units generated an adjusted EBITDA exceeding $1.1 billion. Naspers attributes the results to its transformation into an operator of AI-driven ecosystems.
