AI infrastructure provider Crusoe closed a $3.9 billion Series F funding round. The oversubscribed investment brings the company’s post-money valuation to $30.9 billion. Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, and Valor Equity Partners co-led the financing. Existing investors including Founders Fund, TPG, and NVIDIA also provided significant participation.

Crusoe will use the capital to scale its vertically integrated AI platform and expand its AI factories. These facilities include both large-scale data center campuses and smaller modular units. The company originally focused on using stranded energy for crypto mining but has pivoted to high-performance computing. Crusoe now provides critical infrastructure to major industry players including Microsoft and OpenAI.
