NVIDIA and Deutsche Telekom have unveiled a partnership to create the world's first Industrial AI Cloud, a sovereign, enterprise-grade platform located in Germany. The collaboration aims to accelerate AI development and deployment for European enterprises and industries, supporting Germany's push for industrial transformation. The joint venture includes a €1 billion investment in a new AI data center in Munich, which will become one of the largest in Europe. Set to begin operations in the first quarter of 2026, the facility will be equipped with up to 10,000 of NVIDIA's advanced Blackwell GPUs. This platform will enable industry-specific AI solutions, from digital twins and robotics to predictive maintenance, bolstering Germany's AI computing power by an estimated 50%.
