Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) shares climbed as much as 25% following a collaboration announcement with the NVIDIA MGX ecosystem. The partnership aims to advance 800-volt DC power architectures for next-generation AI data centers. Navitas presented the technology at the NVIDIA Partner Ceremony and its COMPUTEX 2026 showcase.
The collaboration centers on Navitas’ GaNFast power technology, specifically an 800V-to-6V DC-DC power delivery board. This component eliminates a traditional conversion stage to increase power density and system efficiency. The design also enhances thermal performance for megawatt-scale AI server racks to meet intensifying workload demands.
