onsemi launched GaNEXUS™, a new portfolio of gallium nitride (GaN) power devices. The product line targets AI data centers, industrial automation, robotics, and energy infrastructure.
The portfolio includes GaN FETs ranging from 40V to 650V and smart GaN devices with integrated protection. These products enable a significant reduction in the size of magnetic components.
The technology delivers 1.5x to 2x higher power density in key architectures. It provides up to a 1% gain in efficiency.
