TikTok has restored its services in the United States after a severe winter storm caused a power outage at a primary Oracle-operated data center, leading to a significant, week-long service disruption. The company confirmed that all issues have been resolved and the platform is back to normal operations.

The outage, which affected tens of thousands of servers, impacted core features for the app's millions of U.S. users. Users reported problems with video uploads, content discovery, and the real-time display of views and likes. TikTok's engineering teams worked with Oracle to stabilize and restore the systems.
