Ocumetics Technology Corp. reported positive six-month results from its First-in-Human (FIH) vision restoration study. These results support advancing to a second group of clinical surgeries scheduled for the third quarter of 2026 in Mexico City.

Manufacturing of the company's redesigned accommodating intraocular lens has commenced in Germany. Ocumetics confirmed it has met all regulatory requirements to proceed with the next phase of surgeries.

The company launched a new financing initiative to fund the FIH study completion and accelerate commercialization. Ocumetics remains in strategic discussions with four major ophthalmic companies.
