Procter & Gamble announced a leadership reshuffle across four of its five business segments. CEO Shailesh Jejurikar, who assumed his role in January 2026, leads the broader executive transition. Gary Coombe, CEO of the grooming division, will retire. Juliana Azevedo, current president of home care and professional businesses, will succeed him, effective July 1.

The transition also includes planned departures of leaders from Beauty, Health Care, and Baby, Feminine & Family Care. P&G named their successors. Women now represent 51% of its management workforce. The company promoted four women to president-level roles. These appointments form the new executive team to steer the consumer goods giant's future strategy.
