Park Aerospace Corp. announced Constantine “Gus” Petropoulos as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This appointment is effective August 13, 2026. Petropoulos will continue to report to Brian E. Shore, Park's Chairman and CEO.
The appointment marks an internal promotion for Petropoulos. He previously held various senior legal roles at the company. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Capital Markets Officer since January 2026.
His prior experience includes serving as a Partner at law firm Hughes, Hubbard & Reed. He also held senior legal positions at Scientific Games Corporation. Additionally, he held senior legal positions at Coca-Cola HBC SA.
