Palantir Technologies Inc. has filed a lawsuit against two of its former senior artificial intelligence engineers, Radha Jain and Joanna Cohen, in Manhattan federal court. The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, October 30, 2025, accuses the former employees of stealing confidential documents, source code, and other proprietary information to establish a competing company called Percepta. According to Palantir, the two engineers were entrusted with the company's "crown jewels" and held significant roles in developing its flagship software. The company alleges that this theft provided their new venture with an unfair and illegal head start. Palantir is seeking a court order to enforce non-compete agreements and to recover the allegedly stolen company property.
