Power Integrations Gains BlackRock as Major Shareholder, Securing 15% Stake

BlackRock Inc. and Deutsche Bank AG disclosed new stakes in Power Integrations on August 23, 2026. These filings reflect ownership positions as of the end of the second quarter.

BlackRock purchased 8,722,053 shares in the semiconductor firm. The investment carries a value of approximately $730.56 million. This acquisition provides BlackRock a 15.65% ownership stake.

Deutsche Bank AG also initiated a new position during the same period. The bank acquired 150,103 shares. This stake holds a value of approximately $12.57 million.
