Alyssa Henry joins PayPal’s Board of Directors. Henry previously served as CEO of Block’s Square business. She brings over 30 years of experience in scaling global commerce and payment platforms. Her career includes leading the Square Seller business and senior roles at Amazon Web Services.
Gail J. McGovern will not seek re-election at the annual meeting in May. McGovern has served on the board since 2015. Ann Sarnoff will succeed McGovern as chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
