Reddit CEO Steve Huffman sold $4.15 million worth of Class A common stock on December 31, 2025. The transaction was disclosed in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, released January 6, 2026.

Huffman executed the sales under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, which he adopted in May 2025. The shares traded at prices ranging from $229.07 to $233.52 per share.

On the same day, Huffman also exercised options to acquire 18,000 shares of Class A stock. Following these transactions, a trust associated with Huffman still beneficially owns 448,576 shares of Class A Common Stock.

The sales occur as analysts maintain optimism regarding Reddit’s potential growth in its data licensing business for AI training.
