Rocket Lab launched its 16th Electron rocket of the year on September 11th. The mission departed from the company's New Zealand launch complex. Named Happily Ever Faster, the flight served a confidential customer.

This launch sets a new annual record for the company. It surpasses the previous high for successful launches in a single year. The rocket successfully deployed an Earth observation satellite.

The payload reached a 500 km circular low Earth orbit. This mission marks the 95th overall launch for the Electron rocket. Rocket Lab scheduled its next mission for later this month.
