Relay plans to seek accelerated approval for the vascular anomaly indication within the next 18 to 24 months. The company will also initiate a frontline breast cancer trial combining zovegalisib with Pfizer’s atirmociclib.
Significant enrollment for the combination trial is targeted over the next 18 to 24 months. Relay intends to independently advance its breast cancer and rare disease programs. The company maintains a cash runway expected to fund operations into 2029.
