The trial focused on patients with previously treated KRAS G12C-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Divarasib met its primary and key secondary endpoints in the study.
The drug demonstrated statistically significant improvements in progression-free and overall survival compared to approved inhibitors sotorasib and adagrasib.
Safety data remained consistent with previous findings and identified no new concerns.
Roche intends to submit these results to global health authorities for regulatory approval.
