Raspberry Pi Holdings Plc reported 2025 revenue of $323.2 million, a 25% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA also grew 25% to $46.4 million.
Profit before tax rose 63% to reach $26.5 million. Strong demand from industrial and embedded customers in the US and China drove the growth.
The company sold 8.4 million semiconductor units, exceeding the 7.6 million computer boards and modules sold. This milestone marks the first time semiconductor sales have surpassed traditional hardware units.
Management warned that rising DRAM memory costs present a challenge. The company maintains sufficient inventory and pricing flexibility to manage the situation.
