Revolution Medicines presented Phase 1/2 trial data for its cancer therapy, zoldonrasib, at the ESMO Gastrointestinal Cancers Congress. The studies evaluated combination treatments for metastatic pancreatic cancer driven by the RAS(G12D) mutation.
Zoldonrasib combined with standard chemotherapy achieved an 82% objective response rate (ORR) in previously untreated patients. For patients who received prior treatment, a combination of zoldonrasib and daraxonrasib showed a 50% ORR.
Both combination therapies maintained manageable safety profiles. These findings support the company's ongoing and planned pivotal Phase 3 trials.
