Sharplink, Inc. (SBET) is an anchor funder for the public launch of EthSystems. The new venture develops privacy and compliance technology for institutional-grade financial transactions on the Ethereum network.
Former leaders of the Ethereum Foundation's Institutional Privacy Task Force founded the company. EthSystems also received financial backing from Bitmine and Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin.
This move reinforces Sharplink's strategic pivot to an institutional Ethereum treasury platform. CEO Joseph Chalom stated that institutional adoption requires network privacy to realize the full potential of Ethereum. SBET shares rose in pre-market trading following the announcement.
