SEGG Media, the parent company of Lottery.com, is in advanced and exclusive negotiations to acquire gaming and casino assets in the United Kingdom. The proposed acquisition includes a land-based casino operating license and a regulated online gambling platform. This move marks the company's entry into a new regulated vertical.

The strategic expansion aims to diversify SEGG Media's portfolio beyond its existing sports and entertainment assets. The UK gambling industry generated approximately £16.8 billion in Gross Gambling Yield for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

SEGG Media has worked with advisors for months and expects to finalize definitive agreements within the current quarter. The company aims to generate revenue from these new assets by Christmas.
