Sports Entertainment Gaming Global (SEGG) filed a notification of late filing for its quarterly report ending June 30, 2026. Its previous quarterly report, for the period ending March 31, 2026, remains delinquent. This pattern of delayed filings follows a May 2026 Nasdaq notice regarding non-compliance with listing rules for the initial late filing.

The company stated it could not file the most recent report on time without "unreasonable effort and expense." It expects to submit the report within the five-day grace period. SEGG does not anticipate a significant change in its operational results compared to the same quarter last year. The March quarterly report will be the first to include financial results from its recent acquisition of Veloce Media Group.
