Samsung Medison, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, will supply premium ultrasound diagnostic devices to the Cleveland Clinic and the Mayo Clinic. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate the company's expansion in the United States, the world's largest medical device market.
The agreement includes providing the R20 premium ultrasound for radiology to the Cleveland Clinic. The Mayo Clinic’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine division will utilize the HERA Z20 for obstetrics and gynecology.
These consecutive contracts with world-renowned medical institutions mark a key milestone for Samsung's medical technology division. The deals signal growing industry trust and establish a foundation for future contracts with other major U.S. hospital systems.
