SNGN Romgaz SA reported its H1 2026 financial results during a Q2 earnings call today. Total income fell 4.7% to RON 212.2 million. Total hydrocarbon production decreased by 3.2% compared to the first half of 2025.
Revenue from gas sales dropped 10.04% to RON 3,344.3 million. Delivered gas volumes declined by 6.2%. National gas consumption increased by 3% during the period. Romgaz's market share fell 4% to 43.3%.
The company signed contract addendums with ENGIE România S.A. and E.ON Energie Romania S.A. Romgaz also opened a RON 140 million term deposit with Raiffeisen Bank S.A.
