SpaceX launched the largest initial public offering in history by raising approximately $75 billion. The company priced 555.6 million shares for the debut. Each share is priced at $135.

The offering values the aerospace and artificial intelligence firm at roughly $1.77 trillion. SpaceX will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX on June 12.

This debut shatters the previous global IPO record held by Saudi Aramco. Capital will fund the Starship rocket program and the Starlink satellite internet constellation.

The valuation is set to make founder Elon Musk the world’s first trillionaire.
