SpaceX entered a $6.3 billion agreement to provide AI computing power to the startup Reflection AI. Reflection AI will pay $150 million per month for these services. Monthly payments are scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026. The deal provides access to Nvidia GB300 chips at the Colossus 2 data center in Tennessee.
The contract remains active through 2029. Either company may terminate the agreement with 90 days' notice. This termination clause becomes available after an initial three-month period. Reflection AI is an open-source model builder with a $25 billion valuation.
SpaceX previously secured multi-billion dollar compute agreements with Google and Anthropic. These partnerships commercialize data center infrastructure originally developed for internal AI projects. The strategy positions SpaceX as a major competitor in the global AI infrastructure market.
