S&P Global named Matt Calderone as the Chief Financial Officer for its Mobility business. The Mobility unit is slated to spin off into a separate publicly traded company.
Calderone, the outgoing CFO of Booz Allen, joins the company by March 1, 2026. He will guide the new entity through its transition and future operations.
The appointment solidifies the executive leadership team ahead of the planned separation. S&P Global anticipates completing the spinoff within 12 to 18 months, pending customary approvals.
Following the announcement, S&P Global shares saw a slight increase in pre-market trading.
