S&P Global Inc. appointed an eight-member Board of Directors for its mobility division, Mobility Global Inc. The division will become an independent public company through a separation expected to conclude by mid-2026.
Joseph Hinrichs, former CEO of CSX Corporation, will serve as board chair. Bill Eager, current President of S&P Global Mobility and CEO-designate of Mobility Global, also joins the board.
The remaining directors bring expertise from the automotive, technology, and finance sectors. The restructuring remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
