S&P Global has appointed Martin Metzker as Chief Strategy Officer for its Mobility Global division, effective immediately. Metzker joins the company from Boston Consulting Group to oversee strategy, communications, and enterprise marketing.
This appointment completes the executive leadership team for the Mobility business. The division is currently preparing for a planned separation from S&P Global to become an independent public company.
The spin-off, which includes the CARFAX brand, is expected to conclude in mid-2026. The transaction remains subject to customary legal and regulatory approvals.
